While looking for plans please keep in mind some of the ARC Guidelines:
- Setback lines are: 5′ on each side, 20′ off back and 15′ off front
- Minimum 2400 square feet
- Must have a coastal look (but we can change up front if not there)
- No more than 75% of one exterior material (so need shake, lap, stone, etc… mixed up for curb appeal)
- Must have a two car garage
** most lots under 60′ wide so, it is safe to pick a house that is 50 or less wide.
